Job Description/Skills Required
1. Support the manufacturing team and participate/supervise in shift operations (Chromatography, buffer preparation, cleaning equipment, operation of centrifuges, Lyophilizer operation, sterilization of equipment, etc.).
2. To follow the established procedures and adhere to the policies of the company pertaining to EHS.
3. Adherence to available Standard Operating Procedures & product specifications.
4. Monitoring and control of specific production operations, entering data in Quality Records.
5. Calibration of pH and weighing instruments in production.
6. Calibration of weighing instruments in production.
7. Reporting of product/system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
8. Product handling and packaging.
9. Adherence to Good manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technical / Functional Skills:
1. 1. Knowledge on centrifuge operations, reactors handling, Drying operations, filtration and chromatography operations.
2. 2. Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices. (cGMP).
3. 3. Knowledge in production documentation and SAP.
Behavioral / Management / Other Skills :
1. Good verbal communication.
2. Ability to work as a part of team.
3. Responsible, punctual & ability to work under pressure.
