Job Description/Skills Required
1. Candidate should have experience in mechanical engineering
2. Educational qualification B.E. engineering
3. Relevant industrial technical knowledge in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, system house & automation industries.
4. Knowledge design standards & pharmaceutical guidelines
5. Application engineer
6. Responsible for handling & working in shifts
Key Responsibilities
1. Procedures understanding for process equipment preventive maintenance as well as utilities preventive maintenance and operation.
2. Routine maintenance
3. Continuous improvement on equipment availability & down reduction.
4. Energy management & utility cost reduction across all DS plant.
5. Daily monitoring of utilities consumption.
6. support to improve efficiencies of utility generation, storage & distribution.
7. Improvements in clean utilities, operations and maintenance & harmonization of operating procedures across all DS plants.
8. execution of In-house Projects for Infrastructure, cGMP, Compliance requirements
9. Understanding of General, Operating and equipment maintenance procedures
10. Knowledge & experience in safety standards & work permits
11. Coordination with production & EHS dept
12. Facility and Energy Management in the area
13. Responsible for preparation and review of Engineering drawings and layouts
14. Adherence to standard operating procedures of Safety and EHS requirements
15.Planning and execution of In-house Projects for Infrastructure, cGMP, Compliance requirements
16. Responsible for handling breakdown maintenance for Mammalian, Inoculum and Utility Equipment’s and ensuring timely closure of the issue with adequate measures
17. Preparation and Review of Deviation, Change control, CAPA, URS, Risk assessment, Qualification and coordinating for the updating of SOP
18. Coordination with QA, production & EHS dept
