- The P&L Analysis role will be key in supporting the Offering Portfolio Finance Lead and Offering Portfolio Business Partner through analysis of all aspects of expenses and drivers of staffed financials. This role will also play an important connection point to the USI Offering Portfolio leadership teams as needed. The Consulting Finance organization provides specialized finance-related services in support of the business leaders of the firm. This specific role focuses on one of the main Consulting Offering Portfolios: Core Business Operations, Customer & Marketing, Enterprise Performance, Human Capital, M&A, and Strategy & Analytics. Each Offering Portfolio is a large, complex business within Consulting and includes a collection of Offerings. You will support the OP BP who will ensure effective P&L management while providing transparency of expected performance during the forecasting as well as planning processes. Your analysis and thorough understanding of financial and operational results, will provide the Offering Portfolio BP, Finance Lead, and the Offering Portfolio COO the valuable insights and recommendations needed to influence financial outcomes and inform leadership decision making.
