Job Description/Skills Required

• Monitor and ensure the procurement of all sales & marketing & commercial excellence related services & products, ensure on-time & quality delivery of goods & services
• Ensuring cost optimization using various strategic levers to meet the function & company objectives
• Actively lead new vendor development for monopoly services & promotional material to ensure competitive industry benchmarking
• Spearheading key projects & initiatives to drive cost efficiency, process smoothening & compliance adherence across the service & product range
• Leading purchase negotiations for select HO, Admin & other functional spends for services, travel, events & IT platforms
• Build trust and respect to enhance quality of relationship with stakeholder & ensure customer satisfaction
• External Customers: Liaising with finance & the users to ensure timely payments, through process adherence Generation of the monthly MIS report for the category to track the budgeted savings target
• Maintaining the monthly tracker for the key projects & initiatives for the indirect spend
• Generating the monthly OTIF report
