• Maintaining accurate sales and related records for the country or region.
• Sales trend analysis (Region/Sub region/County/Product).
• Maintaining database of the country including but not limited to market size, information related commercial & non-commercial products.
• Convert data into executive summary and submit periodic reports as and when required.
• Keep a track of regulatory status (dossier submission and product registration) received from country managers and keeping records.
• Provide periodic feedback to country managers regarding sales performance (dispatch and production status), targets.
• Analysis of order status, order execution, product inventory, daily production and dispatch status, sales % achievement, gap analysis, etc.
• Compilation of secondary sales & inventory statements from distributors.
• Coordination with country managers in preparing sales & expense Forecast with regional finance team.
