- 1. To perform and take line clearance for manufacturing area like granulation, compression, coating, tablet inspection and capsule filling.2. To update area and equipment status in respective logbooks.3. To perform challenge test .4. To record critical process parameter to batch manufacturing record and perform in-process during batch manufacturing.5. To handle rejection during batch manufacturing process.6. To perform reconciliation of batch manufacturing process,7. To ensure completeness of batch manufacturing record after completion of batch.8. To ensure the area cleaning after completion of batch manufacturing as per respective standard operating process.9. To perform calibration of in-process equipment and weighing balance.
