An opportunity for M. Pharm / M.Sc. / B. Pharm qualified candidates to join our State-of-art Research and Development Center (OSD) for the position of Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive.
Analytical Development Laboratory (Regulated)
M. Pharm / M.Sc. / B. Pharm having 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Method Development for OSD formulations through HPLC and UV.
Job Description
1. Analysis and Method Development
- Collect relevant and appropriate information from literature survey and accordingly prepare details related to Columns, impurities, standards and chemicals requirements.
- Discuss with team leader and put request for procurement, if materials are not available.
- Perform lab analysis and develop method related to Assay, Dissolution, Related substances, Content uniformity (Based on product requirement), Blend uniformity and Working standard preparation as per SOP.
- Perform F&D trial sample analysis and Stability sample analysis.
- Extend support to team members in troubleshooting related to method development and analysis.
2. Documentation
- Prepare Standard Test Procedure (STP) and get the document reviewed by team lead.
- SOP preparation related to instrument operation and documentation.
3. Method transfer
- Perform method transfer as per defined SOP which also includes protocol and report preparation.
- Support Quality Control team in executing tests based on Standard Test Procedure during method transfer.
4. GLP and other guidelines
- Consistently adhere to Good Laboratory Practices at the analytical lab and follow all applicable safety rules of the lab, site and company.
- Online record maintenance of instrument and column usage.
- Perform data integration for all analysis.
- Maintain log related to reference standard and impurity standard.
5. Key equipment / machines operation and calibration
- Execute scheduled calibration activity and operation of instruments like; HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, Disintegration tester and Hardness tester etc.
- Perform troubleshooting related to instruments.
6. Additional responsibility
- Maintain column inventory for ADL function.
- Cleaning method validation as per product requirement.
For the positions, candidates should have also sound knowledge cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP guidelines.
