Job Description/Skills Required
To execute R&D Activities in laboratory independently under the guidance of the supervisor, responsible to maintain lab records and work place
Desired Candidate Profile
Area of Work:Â Analytical Research & Development
- Receipt of samples from R&D and generating of AR No.s
- Responsible for wet related analysis of standard evaluations, in-process, intermediates and API method development of products coming from R&D
- Calibration of various equipment related to wet lab (daily, monthly, etc)
- Cleaning validation of samples by using UV and TLC techniques
- Shall be responsible for the RS, RS-OVI, Assay, in process and cleaning method development of raw materials, intermediate and finished products by HPLC, GC, TLC and UV as per work allocated
- Shall be responsible for the stability packing and stability analysis
Area of Work: Process Research & Development (API R&D)
- Conducting lab scale experiments for process development
- Impurity synthesis
- API & Intermediate process Development
- On-line Documentation
- Experience in feasibility to Scale-up execution
