Job Description:
- Create Batch Requisition & Check RM/ PM Availability in Store for Dispensing. Dispensing tools cleaning, area maintaining & monitoring as per SOP. Dispense products as per standard procedure & complete all related document as per batch record. Batch Preparation as per standard procedure & BMR. Online filling and completion of all GMP document & verification of all respective documents. Respective area Balance calibration & verification as per sop. Performing filter integrity, CIP & SIP of mixing, holding & BP Machine. In process parameter check during filling activity as per the required frequency. Line clearance before & after dispensing of RM, & batch manufacturing. Involve in process validation. To maintain contemporaneous documentation & its review.
