Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities (Nasal / Injectable Filling)
- 1 Having regulatory audit exposure
- 2 Having the knowledge of operation and cleaning of Holding Vessel (Adam/DDE), bottle washing ,filling machine(LAN Pharmatech), Crimping ,Capping machine (LAN Pharmatech) and Leak test apparatus
- 3 Having the knowledge of online documentation, BMR and BPR filling and compliance
- 4 General maintenance and preventive maintenance follow-up of related equipment’s in nasal manufacturing block.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Manufacturing – TA / STA : ITI / Diploma with minimum 5 to 12 yrs. of relevant experience in Nasal Manufacturing Operation of CIP / SIP & Filter Integrity Test / Cleaning.
- Filling Technical – TA / STA: ITI / Diploma with minimum 5 to 12 yrs. of relevant experience in Leak Test / Filling Machine Operation / CIP / SIP / Cleaning / Holding vessel of CIP & Operation.
- Manufacturing experience on Dara machine will have added advantage.
