Job Description/Skills Required :
- Responsible for production Planning & execution in coordination with supply chain management team. Lead and ensure the work assignment & monitoring of day to day job activities of all the staff working in production department. Management of monitoring, Review & Implementation of Good Documentation Practices. Responsible for identification, review & implementation of standard practices in view of cGMP in production department. Responsible for imparting training to the personnel in Nasal production department SOPs related to their job roles and other cross functional departments SOPs as applicable. To review the market complaints received if any and to propose the corrective and Preventive actions and also responsible to closely monitor the corrective actions implemented. Ensure compliance to audit observations and closure of audit observations if any.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- B Pharma / M Pharma / M Sc with about 14 years of experience in production function, specializing in Nasal Products. Must have experience in leading USFDA and any other related audits. Should possess good knowledge in SOP preparation and execution of the same.
- Having the knowledge of 21 CFR compliance equipment handling. Responsible for verification and calibration of balances and load cells in nasal manufacturing block.
