Job Description/Skills Required :

• To monitor the activities of individual areas of working like Raw material, Packing material.
• Responsible for Raw Material / Packing Material release.
• After completion of the analysis, ensure timely reviews of laboratory reports by reviewers in LIMS.
• Review the results reported on COA against the specification. Approve the samples in LIMS, print COA and raw data from LIMS, and hand over the analytical report to QA for release of material.
• Conduct investigations for all quality notifications generated in QMS software.
• To ensure proper and timely training of all QC personnel as per the training planner/schedule.
• To approve all Departmental SOP and any other document authorized to approve.
• To ensure timely and compliant analytical support to warehouse, Production, R&D, and Process Development.
• To ensure timely submissions of complete and compliant documents to Quality Assurance and Regulatory.
• To ensure the availability of all required chemicals, columns, and any other miscellaneous items.
• To ensure the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental Policy requirements in the Plant.
• Review of OOS / OOT Results in the Laboratory.
• Review of Change Control / Deviations / Incidents.
• To ensure timely electronic data backups /archives.
• To ensure the availability of all required Laboratory standards.
• To ensure the availability of all approved analytical methods/specifications.
• Responsible for Initial review of PNC’s.
• Review and Sign off of electronic data & Analytical data of chromatographic software & Standalone Softwares.
• Should have faced Regulatory Audits.
