Job Description/Skills Required
- Reviewing and supporting to ensure best plant fitment, correct Opex and minimum capex for winning RFPs.
- Review & supporting projects dept. for timely completion of projects complying GMP / EHS requirement.
- Facilitating & supporting for project execution, process engineering initiatives, successful trial & validation batches for new products and reviewing the progress with TSD, Projects and Process Engineering along with all relevant departments.
- Effective planning and ensuring timely execution of project execution, process engineering initiatives, trial & validation batches for new products in co-ordination with R&D/Production/QA/QC/EHS etc.
- Interface with business development teams, customers, finance and site stakeholders and arrive at best estimates for winning new project proposals
- Create long term capacity for the site
