Job Description/Skills Required

• To procure Raw materials from Ware house
• Perform the Operations in accordance to the established SOPs and cGMP and capture the data in relevant documents.
• To maintain for Good documentation practise at work place (ALCOA)
• To ensure the entry of batch related details in ERP.
• To execute batches every day as per the Production planning schedule.
• To arrange for Quality testing of in-process, intermediate & finished goods as per SOP.
• To maintaining good Housekeeping in and around the concerned Production area.
• To operate the equipment safely by following Safety guidelines and wearing the PPE during the execution of production activities in the concerned block.
• To maintain and calibrate the measuring devices in the concerned production block.
• To raise job orders for equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
• To check the gauges calibration record and to alert the concerned engineering person in case recalibration.
• To handover the shift details / activities perfectly to the next shift person
• To calibrate the Weighing Balance as per schedule.
• To maintain the identification for each and every item by updating the status from time to time.
