Job Description/Skills Required
- Create continuous improvement culture in the unit through Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Design and implement KPIs as suitable to the unit as per guidelines issued by unit management/corporate office
- Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, productivity and product flow
- Coordinate various meetings of different levels of employees from operators to site leadership team
- Be a team player with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Train the employees on basic quality tools.
- Collect and analyse data from all departments.
- Act as a point of contact between corporate team and site leadership team in sharing best practices among the units.
- Represent the unit along with site leadership team in monthly review meetings by top management
