Job Description/Skills Required
- Analytical support to process development samples of project execution team. Analysis of samples using HPLC, GC etc.
- Timely completion of analysis, documentation, data review and delivering reports.
- Preparation and maintenance of reference standards and working standards by using various instruments, like HPLC, GC, IR, KF titrator, SOR, ROI, LOD, Melting range instruments etc.
- To provide need base support to manufacturing facilities for analysis or investigation. Ready to go to any plant for analytical support to projects
- Maintenance of instruments & calibration within the due time.
- Timely completion of technology transfer activities e.g. holding studies, method summary etc. Preparation of specification, method of analysis, method validation protocols and reports.
- To conduct analytical method validations for related substances, assay and residual solvents, cleaning methods etc. as per protocol.
- Understanding of SOPs, STPs, ICH Guidelines and Pharmacopoeias and to strictly follow the laid down procedures like SOP, method of analysis while conducting the analysis.
- Adhering to Good Laboratory Practices and Safety Practices. Organizing the tool box talk and document its discussion. To raise Incident, RGP, NRGP as per requirement.
