Oversee all day to day operations of Bioanalytical department Sound understanding & well versed with current regulations on all aspects of bioanalysis Ensure effective compliance to SOPs / Regulations and maintain GLP environment within laboratory Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of LC-MS/MS instruments Experienced in bio-analytical method development and validation of drugs/metabolites in all types of biological matrices on LC-MS/MS
