Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our API manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API plant operations and a strong understanding of GMP, safety, and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and control daily plant operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
· Supervise batch manufacturing activities, including charging, reaction monitoring, and equipment handling.
· Maintain documentation as per GMP guidelines (BMR, logbooks, SOPs).
· Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and EHS departments for smooth production operations.
· Troubleshoot process issues and escalate to the Production Manager if needed.
· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
· Participate in audits (internal/external) and ensure readiness of the production area.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Knowledge of API production processes and equipment (reactors, centrifuges, dryers, etc.).
· Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
· Good communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to work in shifts if required.
