Job description:
- Supplier control(delivery control) and Supplier development
- Sales amount control, Follow up order to sales department as per sales forecast. Shall be completely responsible for the product availability to sales from the perspective of planning, material procurement coordination, production scheduling such that no customer orders are delayed beyond target time from warehouse.
- Shall be responsible for communication to sales for commitments on product availability. Extensive coordination with order receiving sections.
- Risk identification of material availability and alternate planning.
- Identification / prioritisation for alternate sourcing- monitoring the projects advanced tracking of the situation so that availability does not hamper
- SAP control for planning of production schedule, Scheduling implementation in SAP
- Safety stock maintenance and continuous analysis and eliminate human dependency
- Responsible for all manufacturing related inventory targets.
- Inventory control of Material and FG. For this need safety stock setting modify, WH system control(how to issue material, receive material how to pick material)
