Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale and to synthesize required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications using efficient route and techniques
•Purification of compounds, compounds interpretation characterization of peptide by using analytical techniques-NMR, LCMS, HPLC
•Solid phase/Solution phase peptide synthesis
•Handling of diverse resins for peptide synthesis and peptide modification (cyclization, disulfide bridge formation, stapling, derivatization etc.)
•Experience in handling automated peptide synthesizers and peptide purification is desirable
•Expertise in writing Electronic Lab Notebook
