Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for technology transfer/process scale up and managing pilot plant facility with day to day activities.
- Adhere to companys safety norms and ensuring pilot plant team to follow the same.
- Evaluate process safety data requirements and co-ordination with safety team to generate the safety data. Evaluation of safety data and implementation of same during scale up activities.
- Generate mass balance and material balance. Should have good knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, heat transfer and mass transfer operation.
- Evaluating suitable equipment to perform scale up activities.
- Effective utilization of equipments to increase the productivity and equipment occupancy.
- Co-ordinate with all cross functional team to ensure smooth technology transfer.
- Provide innovative solution to resolve scale up challenges/problems. Investigation and Troubleshooting the plant/process.
- Preparation of SOPs and keeping up to date with relevant documents such as equipment maintenance, batch record, pilot plant report etc.
