Job Description/Skills Required
Essential Skills:
Should have minimum 4-8 years experience from reputed Pharmaceutical R&D / Contract Research Organization / Discovery Research Laboratories.
- Should have adequate knowledge in international Logistics management (Imports, Exports & Domestic transportation)
- Should have versed with DTA, EOU, GST & SEZ documentation & procedural requirements
- Should have experience in handling different Dangerous goods and Temperature control shipments
- Should have knowledge of Storage, Handling, loading and unloading practices related to Chemicals and capex materials
- Understanding of ERP system, preferably SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office is must
- Should have good Communication skills to communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders especially statutory authorities
- Should have experience in dealing with customs authorities and CHAs
- Should have experience in working with DHL/ FedEx/ World courier/ Marken
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Logistics & compliance process well in line with the SOPs
- Coordination with Logistics service providers, Customs agents and ensuring timely clearance of shipments with proper documentation and ensure flight connections as per the schedule
- Coordination with the End user teams for on time deliveries and redressal of issues if any until the final delivery of export shipments
- Error free documentation and activities related to Daily Monitoring of the export shipments and provide updated to users and clients
- Coordination with the statutory authorities for on time clearance
- Should have proficiency in making PPTs and present it to users
- Timely submission of MIS reports as per Functional requirements
- Support for all Statutory Audits
- Should be a good teammate and lead the team
