Job Description/Skills Required
- Extract Open PR report and delegate the work to respective teams to compliant with agreed TATs
- Monitor & manage daily on-time end to end process of PR to PO conversion as set process.
- Monitor and manage the work lead on daily basis with effective distribution and allocation of tasks as per the set deliverables and KPIs and publish daily dashboard.
- Monitor and ensure effective follow-up for timely deliveries by team with Supplies is completed on daily basis, as per the agreed timelines and status update to end user team.
- Focus on enhancement of productivity across team with Automation, Digitisation, tools and timely follow-ups & MIS.
- Regularly envisage, understand and manage risks to minimize impact on delivery schedule and timely intimation to the stakeholders for resolutions.
- Ensure timely receipt at Warehouse and improve the GRN completion for timely payments
- On daily bass ensure team to effectively manage & store records as per set process and procurements are documented for transparency and compliance.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis and eliminating duplications and unnecessary activities to make the respective process lean and efficient.
- Effectively participate and drive Process and System enhancement programs.
