Job Description/Skills Required
- Harmonize project management support to all lines of business in order to standardize client relationship management and client delivery to ensure appropriate support to employees is provided in terms of handling administrative aspects of the project and the client receives seamless service
- Strategize and plan business operation for MSEZ sales contribution
- Conduct regular meetings with BD on projects in pipeline, high BD orders
- Supervise designee in tracking in house projects and external projects responsible for end to end management from initiation to project closure. To liaise with all the stakeholders, prepare and present project plans. Gantt chart to prepare and followed. Periodic monitoring and communication to project team. To manage cross functional and technical team communications and streamline the communication flow internally and to external stakeholders. Weekly update on health of the project.
- Bridge gaps (if any) between customer and project team and ensure deliveries are completed as per scope.
- To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Capex/Opex budget requirement. Evaluate the need and take necessary approvals from finance on budget allotment.
- Responsible for tracking site Opex and Capex budget on monthly basis. Maintain operations within the approved budget.
- Coordinating with stakeholders at BSEZ for decision making regarding running projects, pipeline projects, potential projects.
- Update the site status in the form of MIS on monthly basis.
- Allot PM SPOC for each department to support operations and supervise their role.
