Job Description/Skills Required
- Associate Project Manager liaises with the relevant Business Partners and Country Medical Leads to ensure that appropriate HCP data is being transferred to the Tiering system, performs quality checks on collected data, provides remediation support for errors found, assessment of HCP and non-HCP tiering documents, coordinates the compilation of reports and identifies process & system enhancements
- Associate Project Manager ensures HCP data readiness by performing regular data review and developing required reports as per agreed frequency
- Associate Project Manager generates insights based on data collected, leveraging further data from Sanofi or from other sources and performing internal audits
- Associate Project Manager supports periodic data review and sign off process by Sanofi Business Partners
- Regular maintenance of SharePoints, generic mailbox, and databases
- Associate Project Manager ensures compliance and managing/providing access to internal stakeholders to the systems
- Associate Project Manager takes lead in liaising with Global Stakeholders for future projections and maintaining stakeholder relationship
- Associate Project Manager tracks the work progression on real-time basis and rectifying the issues if any Â
- Associate Project Manager allocates work within the team, mentors the team members on various situations, reviews team member’s assignments and makes sure on the quality
