Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Responsibility to deliver sales results for the entire territory by achieving targets month after month.
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve desired target objectives as well as ensure proper resource utilization of assigned product mix.
- Submission of sales data on regular basis and assist in quarterly and annual sales closing and forecasts.
- Collect, collate and report market feedback and implement marketing strategy and promotion to suit local needs in order to increase market share.
- Robust distribution networking for ensuring targeted Primary & Secondary sales volume.
- Sharing information with Head Office about competitive products, strategies and activities.
