- Media fill validation, vial washing machine, tunnel, autoclave validation
- Supervising operations of steam sterilizer, integrity test of filter, off line PMS .
- Coordinating with validation team for validation of process and equipment
- Handling documentation work related to daily activity like machine & equipment usage log record, BMR, BFR.
- Devised daily activity plans and managing man power
- Ensuring achievement of daily production targets
- Managing change control & deviation
- Retaining of Data/Reports of each and every equipment of the production process.
