Job Description/Skills Required
- Planning and execution of daily production activities in Aseptic area of Oncology Injectable
- All the activities are performed as per cGMP and compliance
- Ensure operating and clean vial filling, Vial sealing machines in production line.
- Ensure training status before performing activity
- Co-ordinate with other functions like engineering, warehouse, QC, QA, FRD etc. for smooth
functioning of production activity. - Ensure qualification/validation status of equipment’s in Aseptic area
- Ensure calibration status of instruments in the concerned area
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of the equipment’s in concerned area.
- Raise the equipment break-down intimation to engineering department whenever required.
- Shall participate in batch activities and ensure the completion of all the records, log books,
BMR are updated and verified online during the activities. - Perform the activities related to Manufacturing area, of Oncology
- Involve in activities assigned by Production Incharge.
- Involve in Aseptic area activities of Oncology and Hormone Block
