Job Description/Skills Required
- To follow Duty roaster as per HR Policy
- Receive the indents from the wards online / Manual.
- Check and verify it through PAT .
- Dispensing the indents in full, if in less quantity, fill up the details in due book arrange and issue.
- To Ensure proper stock keeping, labeling of High alert medication, Cold chain items, Costly items, LASA , Chemo as per policy.
- Picking the medicines from respective racks.
- Cross checking the medicines with the indent and for quantity, batch and expiry, MRP.
- Pack the medicines with minimum two patient identifier along with copy of indent and issue to dispatch desk.
- Manual return medicines slips are checked with the physical stock received and accounted in the patient bill.
- Ensure Double Checking before medicine issue to In patient.
- Ensure delivery of urgent medication within 30 minutes and Routine medication within 1 hour.
