Job Description/Skills Required
- Develop programs and Design, Plan and implement effective Training curriculum for the employee of the organization for orientation and On-job training
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Identify and assess current & Future Training needs.
- Translate requirements into training that will groom employees
- Draw an overall or individual training and development plan
- Conduct effective training sessions on PHARMA topics
- Analyse the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed
- Collaborate with the companys management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
- Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness
