We are looking for a Pharmacist for Hitech-City, Hydearbad Location who is responsible to answer the questions from patients about medications and dosage instructions.
- Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality
- Prescription digitization in OMS screen
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
- Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
- Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
