Job Description/Skills Required
- To analyze Raw Materials, In-Process, Finished Product, Stability, Process validation samples as per current STP/SOPs/ Specifications & Pharmacopoeias
- To operate analytical instruments like UV-VIS, KF, Auto-titrator, Melting Point, FTIR, HPLC , Polarimeter, Particle Sizer and etc.
- To compile, review and evaluate analytical results/data as required by the SOPs
- To execute method transfer activity in compliance with cGMP
- To assist in preparation and qualification of In-House reference standard
- To assist supervisor in any OOS/OOAL/deviations/investigations
- To ensure training of relevant SOPs and instruments
- To provide technical support to the subordinates
- To prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents
- To perform all quality control activities with compliance to cGMP / GLP for instrumental, chemical and physical analysis
- To perform daily calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain its record
- To ensure destruction of solid and liquid samples which are unused/ left over after analysis and release
- To maintain laboratory in neat and clean condition
- To raise indent for the routine laboratory requirements
