Job Description/Skills Required
- Integrates the functional organization in the development of the market and product requirements for specific portfolio of products and services in accordance with the Company’s strategic plans and objectives
- Manages a product portfolio by working with the Senior Sales and Marketing management teams within Alkems affiliate and distributor groups to establish and support product portfolio strategies, business plans and key initiatives
- Identify Market Trends, Key Thought Leaders and Key Market Drivers, & Develop Product Portfolio Strategies.
- Support all New Product Introductions (MPI) activities.
- Responsible for handling Products related to Medical Devices at Mumbai.
- Responsible for preparing annual Brand plan with marketing budget for all the assigned brands and new product in line with the Business objective.
- Responsible to develop Marketing strategy for the effective product placement to capture market opportunities.
- Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring
- Responsible for training the field force in Product launches, Cycle meetings & Training programs. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
- KOL Engagement KPIs: Develop and maintain professional relationship with KOLs; Clinical engagement program for KOLs
- Scientific presentations for KOL as per requirement;
- Medico- Marketing – conducting CMEs and other meetings, participation in the congresses etc.
- Clinical trial support – Knowledge of clinical research which includes site evaluation, initiation for clinical studies planned in the year, registries, approvals, data analytics;
- Self-Development-Â Should create engagement program, post marketing surveillance, data publication and medical write up;
