Job Description/Skills Required
- To Float inquiry through the mail, negotiation with vendor, and finalize the Purchase order
- Executing PR to PO and ensuring the supply of material within the time limit
- Sound understanding of the market
- Techno. Commercial agreement and CDA execution
- Timely closure of quality document requirements
- Collaborate with key stack holders internal as well external to ensure timely deliverables.
- Spend Analysis for identifying Potential opportunities
- Perform risk management regarding supply
- MIS reports for monthly performance
- Handling formulation RM/ direct materials
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven working experience of at least 4 – 5 years as procurement or Sourcing Executive in a reputed pharma/OTC/ surgical industry.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Understanding of Quality control processes
- Knowledge on SAP/ERP/Ariba
- Advance excel and Presentation 3-4
