Job description:-.
- Preparing & Analyzing the various type of data relating to Sales, Field Working, Call Averages,etc
- Compilation & Analyzing Secondary Sales Data
- Calculating & Clearing Monthly Incentives of Field force
- Calculating & Clearing Brand wise Incentives of Field force
- Calculating & Co-ordinating Annual Incentive earner for Foreign Tour
- Analyzing Monthly Incentive in details & forwarding report to Divisional heads, VPs & president
- Preparing Incentive Ready Reckon for Divisional Heads.
- Annual Budget Activity & Preparing Field Targets on various level e.g. H.Q wise, Area wise, Region wise, Zone wise etc.
- Preparing monthly Coverage Report, Activity Report of Field Force & other Management required Reports
