To be part of production scheduling (monthly/weekly) based on order requirement with available resources. Long Term Production Plans then future in to monthly, weekly and daily production plan for Finish Goods. Responsible for maintaining FG inventory across the supply chain as per agreed inventory norms. Capacity debottlenecking by exploring possibility for validation/verification of products in different areas/machines. Prepare report of capacity V/s. utilization and addressing areas of concern. Monitor Supply Performance every week, month and identify root cause for the gap. Coordinating with various departments like Marketing, Supply chain, Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse for on time delivery of products. Prepare MIS and monitor performance against planned schedule with default analysis and its resolutions. Candidates having exposure to Pharmaceutical regulated plants shall be preferred.
