- Responsible for all training related activity in the department.
- Candidate should have knowledge of software (LMS) based training system.
- Coordination for completion of assigned SOP training with relevant department.
- Identification, preparation & review of training matrix in department.
- Preparation of TNI of newly joined employees.
- Preparation, schedule and tracking of annual training schedule.
- Responsible as QA Induction training coordinator for newly joined employees.
- Review of effectiveness of training and identification of new training based on needs.
- Handling of LMS Training software w.r.t. Quality System and cGMP
- Responsible for review of SOP training document.Â
