Job Responsibilities:

Production : Operation, Cleaning, Sterilization, Qualification and maintenance of Solution preparation systems / Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Vial washing & tunnel, Vial/Ophthalmic /PFS filling & aseptic filtration, CIP/SIP, Filters & Glove Integrity testers, High pressure homogenizers, Microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System.

Should have excellent understanding and compliance to clean room behaviour, Aseptic practices and Good Documentation practices is must.

Packaging : Operation, Cleaning, Qualification & Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, On line Integrity testing M/c, Labelling M/c, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packaging M/c, Serialization, Track & Trace System.
