Job Description/Skills Required
- Perform literature survey for a given project and help seniors to prepare the reaction-scheme of process development /cost-reduction.
- To plan/ perform lab & pilot experiments by self , with diff lab-techniques. this covers : feasibility, optimization, validation of the process, in consultation with seniors.
- To determine critical process parameters, critical quality attributes of the process in consultation with seniors.
- Understanding of Analytical development for all R-D analysis like: HPLC, GC, GC-HS, NMR, XRPD, LCMS , routine test and interpret the analytical results for discussion with seniors/team.
- To synthesize required process impurities, RM impurities. And prepare SER of KSM, intermediate, API To Maintain Laboratory consumables/chemicals/equipment & Maintaining GLP in facility & plan/manage general lab-requirements
- To prepare summary report and other records.
- To prepare and review specification, justification, PDR and other required dossier-documents.
- To perform scale ups of product-processes, upto commercial scale.
