Job description:-.
- Preparation of basic process Engineering documents Like, Process Block Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, P& ID, URS, etc
- Utility calculation of new products
- Mapping of new products.
- Prepare equipment specification sheet for new equipments, process calculation.
- GMP documentation for Engineering and production dept.
- Understand the new products at Lab & Kilo lab scale for their scale up at plant scale.
- Take demo and prepare report.
- Co-ordination with Engineering dept. and production dept. for PE inputs
- Cost saving programs for Engineering and production
