Expense statement verification of all Country Managers of International Division through the assigned team. Monitoring advances with the Country Managers and timely submission of the expense statement and reimbursement. Preparation and updation of SOP for claiming of monthly expenses and ensuring the compliance to SOP while checking the claims. Maintaining data of Branch Office/ IBM house agreement, rent and deposit paid. Maintaining data of Work permit, visa, local insurances of the IBM’s and also maintaining the leave records, yearly family travel eligibility etc. Distributors debit note verifications and approvals. Region wise Monitoring budget v/s expenses statement of HO promotion and expenses. Monitoring calculation of new products to be launched. Monitoring outstanding and collections from the distributors.
