Job Description:
- To provide back office support to the sales team To prepare MIS report on sales collection data. Co-ordination with finance department / Accounts department regarding reimbursement of distributor debit note, keeping track records of reimbursement. Co-ordination for all financial approvals. To prepare dispatch plan and execute the same. To maintain all types of records monthly tour programmer, working reports, sales and expense details. Correspond with the sales team for compliance of HO requirement. To maintain the records of agreement & coordinating with legal department for distributor agreement. Co-ordination for orders and dispatch with distributors, PPC department & logistic department.
