Job Description/Skills Required

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION

• Describe in 3-4 short sentences the responsibility and authority of the job.
• 1. To interact with the stake holders on deciding the technology transfer strategy based on the
• manufacturing process and equipment availability at site to ensure smooth product transfer.
• 2. To develop procedures for economical mass production based on the average monthly plan with
• focus on reproducibility from quality and yield perspective.
• 3. To comply with the regulatory, quality, statutory, EHS, and Pharmacovigilance requirements.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• List the primary tasks and/or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.
• 1. Support EPO achieve Compete targets by identifying and executing and supporting all projects like
• overage reduction, yield improvements, process simplification and shelf life increase
• 2. To service, trouble shoot and solve production process problems with processes or equipment
• already in operation
• 3. To carry out due diligence of new sites with focus on formulation and required infrastructure
• 4. To support by providing guidance and solutions during the process of acquisition of brands, mfg.
• facility, use of new technology, equipment and processes
• 5. To extend technical support during Investigation arising out of any product failure or market complaints referred by Quality or Supply Chain
• 6. To extend technical support to activities like Alternate Vendor Development and Material
• Harmonization.
• 7. To extend support for evaluation of technical Dossiers for Product certification and FLQR approval
• 8. To provide active technical support on all Continuous Improvement initiatives within EPO and India region
• Reporting in to – Director-MS&T, PLM and Indirect Procurement
