Job Description/Skills Required
Field Operator_SPC_Jade
- Â Inspect the physical condition of all the operative machinery (storage tank, equipment – pumps, blowers, rotary valves, pipeline, instrument etc.) before charging the raw materials and report any condition affecting safety, environment, efficiency or product quality
- Receive and Check Raw Materials as per specifications to ensure the production requirement is met Operate and regulate the valves to control the flow of the raw materials to obtain the desired process parameters
- Monitor the process parameters continuously; e.g.; density, set point, temperature and pH as per schedule and report it to DCS supervisor or shift in-charge for any deviations
- Â Report any deviations in the equipments or any event in the plant or respective section, to the shift in- charge and follow instructions for corrective measures or emergency shutdown
- Responsible for adherence to the SOP guidelines while start up, running operations and shut down of the plant
- Ensure loading & unloading of tankers/trucks as per SOP
- Responsible to decontaminate the equipments as per the schedule
Instrumentation Operations Supervisor
– Take the plant round for condition monitoring of instruments & control systems, share findings with superior & plan for execution of corrective measures
– Assign, monitor & review job of contract agency / third party etc.
– Act on deviations reported by production team and update results to superiors as well as production team
– Plan, guide & repair defective instruments in field & workshop
– Troubleshoot the chronic or system related problems with the help of engineer
– Conduct the functional test of newly received instruments
– Co-ordinate for or execute cable terminates / glands to the instruments & systems
– Ensure reliable power source to instruments & systems
– Ensure or fill the calibration report, checklist, daily log sheet, involve in departmental documentation etc.
– Interpret & explain drawings {wiring, hook ups, general arrangement (GA) etc.} manuals. to technicians
– Manage the entire shift work and update to the engineers
Mechanical Utility Service Technician
– Repair equipments as per Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance schedule
– Perform Condition monitoring of the rotating equipment to check the physical condition
– Ensure proper lubrication like oil & grease in regular intervals to maintain equipment in good condition
– Patrol the plant area to check & resolve steam leakage or spillage and report any deviations to engineers or officers
– Ensure the regular maintenance of tools and tackles
– Adhere to the safety standards with the use of required PPEs & Behavior Based Safety guidelines
– Follow and implement highest housekeeping standards in the work area
– Follow the guidelines of elements of Aarti Management Systems e.g Management of Change
– Report and coordinate with engineers and Stores department for upkeep of the spares inventory
– Request for initiation of work permit for various maintenance work
– Report incidents or violations of Zero Tolerance Points to immediate superior
Shit In Charge ( Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive )
 Manage the shift schedules of operators, allocate job to maintenance & contract supervisor as per schedules & requirements and provide shop floor training to the team
– Supervise day to day production activities as per defined process parameters by regular conditional monitoring and assist to resolve the deviations like leakages, spillages & unsafe conditions
– Achieve the plant production targets by monitoring process parameters, yield & quality during the shift
– Participate in Job Safety Analysis before initiating any work and follow the Permit System accordingly, ensure the permit closure post work completion
– Maintain good Housekeeping standards in the plant for smooth operations
– Ensure availability of raw materials & finished goods by communicating with other divisions & departments like stores & material
– Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC – Site Main Controller
– Identify & report the unsafe conditions to immediate superior & rectify the unsafe acts immediately
– Promote highest safety standards and BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) by ensuring usage of the required PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) by self & contract workers
Operation Executive – (Shift In Charge)
