- Mandatory Criteria-
- Min Graduate
- Fresher & experienced both can apply-0 – 3 years
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process
- Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 10 hour of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- 5 days of working in a week with 2 rotational week-off
- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
Interview Structure-
- HR round – General check.
- Typing Test
- OPS round General Check
- Voice Versant (V4 and above)
- PMAP
- Client Round – Video Call
Payouts –
- Salary for minimum 12 months experience candidate – 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.
- Fresher-Â 212,000Â LPA, 15.803 K/ Month.
- Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn’t have any PF account) 192,100 LPA, 16,008 k/Month.
- 100% fixed salary
