PROFILE- Customer Service.

PROCESS- Voice/Email/Chat.

Roles And Responsibilities –

1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Overseeing the customer service process.

3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.

5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Candidate profile –

1. Undergraduate/graduates are eligible.

2. Fresher/Experienced all can apply.

3. Must be comfortable with English

Mandatory assets to apply for the profile.

• Laptop or Desktop with i3 and above process, Webcam and windows 10/11.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM .
• WIFI to be available.
• 24 hours power backup.
• Headset with Mic.
• Antivirus.

SALARY – UPTO 2.2 LPA

SHIFTS – Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Week offs.

WORKING DAYS – 6
