Job Description/skills Required: As technical Lead assist in support and maintenance of multiple IT applications in Pharma Medical and Scientific affairs domains. 2. Work with Business users and teams located onsite or remotely; across geographies. 3. Analyze user reported system issues, investigate the root cause and provide resolution. 4. Log SR on OEM portal, follow-up and get responses for the issue logged. Escalate as required. 5. Document the issue register and maintain FAQs of legacy and current issues. 6. Initiate and manage Change control cycle end to end.
