Role & responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Preferred candidate profile-
- 12th Pass/Grad/Under-Grad.
- Fresher /Exp candidates can apply.
- BA.LLB or Law background candidates are not eligible for this role.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
- Required good communication skills.
Other Information* There is no cab restrictions for female candidates.
* Cab zones for freshers/exp male candidates – within 20km only
