Job Description/Skills Required

Major duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing PV related communications and maintain related metrics

Support PV Operation activities as requested – Manage the development, review, distribution and tracking of all PV communications,

• Manage PV Contact Mailbox, forwarding emails to appropriate team for response, tracking emails, forwarding and tracking responses, maintaining spreadsheet,
• Manage the pick and give back mailbox for case handling process,
• Manage the activities associated with referent person for local products for configuration in the pharmacovigilance database, and
• Other activities as assigned

Skills and Education:

• Strong knowledge of roles and responsibilities within the pharmacovigilance departments. Strong organization skills and ability to work with a ‘virtual’ team. Effective interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Good oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), understanding of safety data and databases.
