Job Description/Skills Required
- Ensure all HR data is processed accurately, in a timely manner and manage employee data in HR systems and generate reports.
- Answer individual inquiries related to benefits and policies, solve first stage problems (incl. process & tool support)
- Distribute benefit communications for employees & affected retirees & other set of employees; Analyze & process benefit request
- Resolve individual Employee/ Manager first level queries
- Act as an administrator or coordinator for HR processes i.e. recruitment, Onboarding, offboarding etc. (as required)
- Provide administrative support to employee movement, e.g. promotion, mobility, leave, return to work, etc.
- Support line managers and employees in day-to-day administration
- Document preparation relating to the entire employee life cycle including employment contracts, employee change letters and reference letters
- First point of contact for all HR related queries via the HR ticketing system or face-to-face interaction
- Deal with simple payroll queries and liaise with Payroll team if necessary
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts including HR Business Partners
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, make recommendations for resolution and escalation of issues as required to the Shared Services Manager, HR Business Partner, etc.
